SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We currently ship Australia-wide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation. During promotional periods, public holidays, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Vivienne Gold Jewellery ships internationally so you can enjoy our timeless designs wherever you are in the world. All international orders are carefully packed and dispatched with tracking provided, ensuring your jewellery arrives safely and securely.
Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most international orders are delivered within 7–14 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery timeframes may vary due to customs processing or local postal services.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon arrival in their country.
DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

Vivienne Gold is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, courier services, weather events, public holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate.
Vivienne Gold cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
